The Best Movies of Salman Khan

The Best Movies of Salman Khan

With his on-screen and off-screen presence, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan rules millions of hearts and smashes records at the box office. He is the man with a golden heart, who runs his own charitable organization called Being Human.

He is a master of comedy and has acted in some of the best movies ever. Here are a few of the most memorable ones to watch out for.

Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!

Hum Aapke Hain Koun is a classic of Indian cinema, and has made a lasting impression on wedding celebrations. In fact, people still play the songs and games from the movie during their family get-togethers.

The film was released in 1994 and was the first Bollywood film to gross over a billion dollars in India. Its box-office success paved the way for a change in distribution methods and a shift towards more family-oriented films.

Director/writer Sooraj Barjatya dedicated one year and nine months to writing the screenplay of Hum Aapke Hain Koun. He initially tried to write another Maine Pyar Kiya, but decided to rework an earlier offering of his father’s company Rajshri Productions, Nadiya Ke Paar, which is a rural love story.

The soundtrack of Hum Aapke Hain Koun contains 14 songs, including the incredibly popular “Didi Tera Devar Deewana” by Lata Mangeshkar and S. P. Balasubrahmanyam. This song is still popular and can be heard on radio stations throughout the country. You can also download the full album on Wynk Music App to listen to it offline.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan

Bajrangi Bhaijaan is a heartfelt movie that will make you cry. The film features a strong message of love, peace and humanity beyond religions and borders. It is a very well-made movie.

After a decade Salman Khan delivers his best performance in this film. He does not use his witty dialogues and over the top gestures but he plays this role with a lot of sincerity. He is a very good actor.

The story of the film revolves around a simple man called Pawan/Bajrangi who never lies, is a vegetarian and a Hanuman bhakt. He is a very honest person and helps a little girl called Shahida reach her home in Pakistan.

This movie has some very good performances and a very beautiful song. It is one of the best movies of Salman khan and it is definitely going to be a hit at the box office.

After a lot of criticism, Salman Khan finally shows a different side of him in this film and delivers his best performance till date. He has left behind all the gimmicks and his trademark dance moves, and is playing a simple, honest, childlike character which has been missing in all the recent blockbusters that he had done.

Sultan

Salman Khan has become one of the most popular and recognised faces in Indian film industry. His movies have won numerous awards and have built a loyal fan base, which is only growing year after year.

Sultan is an action sports drama that has been a blockbuster hit and one of the highest-grossing Indian films. It stars Salman Khan and Kubbra Sait among others and was directed by Ali Abbas Zafar.

The film also has a strong social message that encourages people to give back to society. The movie also won the best film award at the Filmfare awards and was nominated for the best actor category.

Judwaa is one of the best ever movies of Salman Khan and was a great hit in the box office as well. The story of the movie revolves around two twin brothers Prem and Raja that are separated from their birth time, how they meet and what happens next forms the entire plot of the movie.

ek tha tiger

Salman Khan has long been a big player in Bollywood as an action star, millionaire playboy and philanthropist. He is also a well-known Bollywood actor, director, producer and screenwriter.

In ek tha tiger, Salman portrayed his iconic spy character Tiger. It was a huge hit and received positive reviews from the audience.

The story of ek tha tiger revolves around a spy named Tiger (Salman Khan), who goes undercover to spy on Anwar Kidwai, an Indian scientist who specializes in the development of missiles. He meets a woman named Zoya (Katrina Kaif) who helps him with the mission and they fall in love.

The movie narrates the story of Tiger and Zoya in a way that is interesting and exciting. There are many twists and turns in the plot, which keep you glued to your seat. The movie also has amazing action scenes.

Dabbang

Salman Khan is a superstar and he is one of the most beloved actors in Bollywood. His acting is good and his body language is very expressive. He is a hero for the people and he is an inspiration to the younger generation.

If you are a die-hard Salman fan, Dabangg is a must watch. This film is sure to break all records and set new benchmarks at the box-office.

However, it is a bloated and traumatic movie that can be a bit of a turn-off for some audiences. If you are not a die-hard fan of Salman, you will be very disappointed with the film.

Despite its flaws, the film still offers some good entertainment to viewers. The screenplay may not be ideal and the humour may be old-fashioned but it does offer a lot of fun. The action is also great and the music is superb.

Wanted

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has an uncanny knack for playing a variety of different characters on screen. Whether it’s as the indomitable cop Radhe or the millionaire playboy Dhoondti, Salman’s star power is undeniable.

In Wanted, the plot revolves around an assassin group whose members are chosen by a mystical device called The Loom of Fate. The fabric weavers who first came up with this device centuries ago were able to decipher messages within the threads, symbols that reflected the state of the world.

The film takes its cue from this mythology, and in turn taps into global mythologies that contain symbolism and imagery of weaving. The story also features a character who’s reimagined as a goddess, whose powers are based on the fabric she wears.

The gangster film is the perfect vehicle for Salman and Aayush, who bring their best to this action-packed thriller. The film is well directed by Mahesh Manjrekar, who adds all the right Bollywood masala to the proceedings without making it feel unrealistic or extreme.

Jai Ho

A formerly decorated Army officer, Jai Agnihotri (Salman Khan) leads the life of a garage mechanic. Taking a stand against political grandstanding and corruption, he fights a solitary war against evil. But his solitary cause is disturbed by the collateral damages that come with maligned system, and ends up pitted against a nefarious Home Minister Dashrath Singh (Danny).

The film has its heart in the right place but seems too trapped on its mission to try and be noble and its execution falls limp. Sohail Khan tries to weave in some potent messages even as the film goes through its rough edges but the message is too simplistic and comes across as wishful thinking rather than actuality.

A remake of the Telugu hit Stalin, which starred Chiranjeevi, the movie does not go all out to give Salman Khan an epic role or even an appealing heroine but delivers on its promise of a good story and solid action sequences. There are bone-crunching action scenes and blood-splitting fights but it is not as good as Dabangg, Ready or Bodyguard.

Bodyguard

When Bollywood superstars are mobbed at public places, their bodyguards step in to protect them. It is a costly affair and they pay their security personnel well.

Having bodyguards is the best way to ensure safety and security for any celebrity. After all, the actor’s career depends on his security and protection and it is important to have people who are trustworthy.

The bodyguards are also the first to know about any suspicious activity and they always act quickly. Their knowledge is unmatched and they never leave any opportunity to help the star.

In this film, Salman Khan stars as a bodyguard named Lovely Singh. He is very respectful to Mr Rana and his daughter Divya. While on assignment he falls in love with Chhaya, a fake identity of Divya.

If you’re a fan of Line of Duty or any other British series that uses British police acronyms, government jargon and shocking twists to get its point across, then Bodyguard will be right up your alley. Created by Jed Mercurio (who has written the best seasons of Line of Duty), the show has a knack for taking complicated stories and making them as exciting as possible.
